Unique to Burnaby Brewing, the “Lagered Series” allow the u-brewer to enjoy commercial taste at u-brew prices. Using slower, colder fermentation techniques and special pilsner yeast, the “Lagered Series” of beers are able to closely emulate the district commercial like flavour.
We have a specially designed cold fermentation room that ferments our “Lagered Series” beers at 56 degrees which eliminates any harsh yeast aftertastes.
Remember, our “Lagered Series” beers are slow fermented so they take 3 weeks before they are ready.
