LATE HARVEST
Washington Late Harvest Riesling
Choice Riesling from White Sands Vineyard in Washington provides the foundation for this classic example of “Late Harvest” Riesling style. Extra mature grapes yield a higher sugar content and concentrated flavours characteristic of the style. The sweetness is balanced by the naturally higher acids that give Riesling its unique appeal. Notes of honey, apple and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the long rich finish. The wine displays all of the complexity of an Ice Wine, but with less sweetness.
