| What kind of wine can I brew? |

Burnaby Brewing has a wonderful selection of wines to choose from. Chai Maison, Vinter’s, Selection, Selection International, Limited Edition, Featured Wines, CellarCraft, Ice Wine and Port. Whether your preference is red or white, dry or sweet – Burnaby Brewing has a wine that is just right for your tastes.

| How much does it cost? |
|
All the recipes will make about 28 – 30 bottles of wine. The price for a batch of wine varies depending on the type. Wine prices vary between $105. and $182. depending on the wine you select. All wine prices include shrink caps, labels, corks & applicable taxes.

| What about bottles? |
|
You can use your own bottles or we sell wine bottles for $1.00 each. We provide the equipment to clean, bottle, and cork your wine. Shrink tops and labels are also available for an additional cost.

| How do I clean my bottles? |
|
The first thing you should do is to rinse your bottles at home after each use (this will prevent mold growth). If bottles are clean they are easy to sterilize, but if they are dirty, you’ll be spending some time with a stiff brush and lots of hot water.

| What if I can’t drink a whole batch? |
|
Properly stored wine will last up to two years.
|
| I’m not much of a cook. How hard is it to make wine? |
|
No problem! Making wine is easy and we will gladly coach you through your first few batches.
|
| How long does it take? |
|
It takes only a few moments to prepare you wine and then about an hour to bottle it. It’s fast, it’s easy and it is fun.
|
| When can I drink it? |
|
You can drink your wine as soon as you bottle it, but the longer it sits the better it tastes. It is recommended that all wines be allowed to rest for 2 weeks after bottling. They show better after three months and most reds will continue to develop for up to six months after bottling.

| How long will my beer last? |
|
There are no additives or preservatives in the wine so its shelf life depends upon how it is stored. It should be kept in a cool dark place.

| Are there any guarantees? |
|
Our products are very good so if you are not happy, give it back to us and we will give you another brew or your money back.
